Managing and maintaining our customers expectations is of great importance to the Infamous Lux Brand. Ensuring our products are shipped on time and with top priority is what Infamous Lux prides itself upon.
All order will be packed and shipped Monday-Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. During periods of high demand such as collection launches, sales, special promotions, please allow 5-7 business days. All orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped and processed the next business day.
All orders once placed are finalized and can not be changed/edited. Customers are responsible for ensuring the information inputted is correct. If we are unable to process your order due to incorrect information, you will be notify immediately. However your order may be delayed an additional 3 business days.
Once orders are dispatched, the order can not be cancelled. For sanitary purposes and due to the nature of the product, there are no refunds or exchanges. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged product, we will gladly replace it with a brand new product. Please send a clear picture of the damaged products immediately to infamouslux@yahoo.com.

1. Carefully remove first lash from lash tray.
2. Hold the lash against your lash line to measure the length of your eye.
3. Trim the lash strip where it extends from your outer corner.
4. Curl your eyelashes if needed.
5. Apply lash adhesive along the lash band and allow glue to sit for about 40 seconds or until glue becomes tacky.
6. Use tweezers, eyelash applicator or hands to place lashes as close to your natural lash line as possible, start from center, then inner and outer side.
7. Apply mascara (optional) and/or apply liner to fill in any gaps.
HOW MANY TIMES CAN YOU REUSE A PAIR OF FALSE EYELASHES?
The Infamous Lux Lashes are made to last up to 20 uses .
HOW DO I REMOVE MY FALSIES?
There are a couple of basic ways to remove your lashes, and tugging is NOT one of them! To remove them it’s your preference to use a non-oil base make up remover or, oil-base remover. Soak a Q-Tip in your preferred makeup remover . Hold the Q-Tip over your closed eye for 20 seconds to loosen the glue. Repeat as necessary until the lash strip or clusters loosen enough to lift away without pulling your skin.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY FALSIES?
The Infamous Lux Lashes are made for multiple uses but to ensure the longevity of your lashes here are a few tips to care for your lashes:
1. Remove glue buildup after each wears. This can be done by holding the lash by the base and gently peeling off the excess glue with your fingers.
2. When applying mascara, try to apply mascara to the natural lash first and not to the false lash. This will prevent build up and lengthen the longevity of your false lash.
3. Store lashes in there original tray to maintain the lash shape and keep them clean.
CAN I APPLY MASCARA ONTO MY FALSE LASHES?
Applying mascara to your false lashes is optional and it can also give you a more dramatic effect. However, not applying mascara helps you get more use out of your falsies.
