All order will be packed and shipped Monday-Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. During periods of high demand such as collection launches, sales, special promotions, please allow 5-7 business days. All orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped and processed the next business day.
All orders once placed are finalized and can not be changed/edited. Customers are responsible for ensuring the information inputted is correct. If we are unable to process your order due to incorrect information, you will be notify immediately. However your order may be delayed an additional 3 business days.
Once orders are dispatched, the order can not be cancelled. For sanitary purposes and due to the nature of the product, there are no refunds or exchanges. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged product, we will gladly replace it with a brand new product. Please send a clear picture of the damaged products immediately to infamouslux@yahoo.com.
